Flicker Mill members Shaun Clark and Ariadna Fatjo-Vilas-Mestre introduced “Brixton Bustle’” at This is England film festival. This is England was created 12 years ago by the Rouen Norwich Club twinning committee. At the time, a group of enthusiastic film lovers wanted to create a cultural bridge between the two sides of the Channel through the medium of film. Starting with a handful of films shown to school groups the event has gradually established itself in the cultural and educational landscape of Rouen, and now offers over 20,000 spectators (including school students) an entire week of competition in mid-November.
